Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Midwest Ballroom & Dancesport Club requires a 30-day notice for all membership cancellations.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Memberships will remain active and continue to be billed until a cancellation request is received.
Once notice is received, your membership will remain active for 30 days and billing will stop after that period.
We do not offer retroactive refunds for unused time. Managing your account is the responsibility of each member.
